Which payment options are available when I book through the internet?

At present we welcome Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

A credit card charge of EUR 1.50 / GBP 5.00 / SEK 70.00 is payable per person and flight segment (international routes) and EUR 1.79 (inner-German flights).

If you do not have one of these credit cards, but have a current account with a German bank, you can also pay by direct debit. However, please note that payments by direct debit are only possible up to a maximum of 6 days before departure. If neither of these payment options is suitable for you, we recommend that you book your flight with a travel agent who accepts cash payments.

How can you make flights so affordable?

We look carefully at all areas to ensure that we offer good service efficiently. We then pass on the savings we make to you in the form of lower fares.

This means you don't have to pay for something you don't want or need. We make sure our aircraft spend more time in the air than on the ground, and we keep everything as simple as possible to avoid costly, time-consuming processes.

For infants under 2 we charge a small fee EUR 10,00 for international flights / EUR 11,90 for domestic flights / GBP 6,00 / SEK 95,00 per flight. Every adult can only accompany one infant and carriage is restricted to 10% of seat capacity. Infants are not entitled to their own seat or to a personal luggage allowance.
